Total of 35 staff attended this training from JMM, JML & JMSM. During these 3 days 2 night event, we had lots of fun outdoor activities as well as group workshops. This is the first get together we had after 2 years “locked down” during the pandemic (2020&2021) . The team building brought the team closer together and increased employee engagement inter-department. When employees work together, they are able to use all their varying strengths to achieve success. Every team is unique and there are many factors that influence how a team performs over time. By recognizing the challenges and barriers, we are able to understand how to encourage a team to communicate well and work together as a cohesive unit.
