JML and JMSM conducted a program entitled 5S week, which practices the usage of a five-step methodology to create a more organized and productive workspace: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. Despite the name, the program was held for two weeks, where interns were assigned different areas in the office to work with respective departments. A total of 125.5 kgs worth of recyclables collected throughout the program were brought to the recycling facility.
