We have been invited by Alam Flora Environmental Solutions to visit their Integrated Recycling Facility (IRF) at Fasiliti Inovasi Kitar Semula (FIKS) Precint 5, Putrajaya. We brought some of the recyclable items from the office (mostly office papers and cardboard) and some bring used cooking oil from their home and other plastics item. This visit has given us more insights and understanding on the sustainable initiatives at the facility, where the recyclable wastes goes after it is picked up from the housing areas and the process of how recyclables are being processed at the Integrated Recycling Facility (IRF) before being sent to the end-user manufacturer.
