The HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis Awareness Briefing was conducted to educate employees on the causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment of these major infectious diseases. The session aimed to strengthen understanding of how these illnesses spread and to promote early detection and responsible health practices. Participants learned about preventive measures such as maintaining good hygiene, practicing safe behaviors, and seeking timely medical attention. The briefing also emphasized the importance of empathy and eliminating stigma toward those affected by these diseases. By the end of the session, employees were more informed and empowered to take proactive steps in protecting their own health and supporting a healthier, more inclusive workplace community.
